" I got recommended by a friend to join Rachel’s 6 week’s Program as I was heading overseas and wanted to look and feel good about myself. I did not think it was possible as I only had 4 weeks until I fly out & I kid you not, she transformed my body in 3 weeks. During the process she takes before and after photos to track progress which motivates you to push and gain. She’s inspiring and super motivating. Every workout session is different which makes it exciting. She really cares and always checks in to make sure you stay on track. Both 1:1 and group sessions are incredible. You don’t feel judged and leave with a positive mindset. Highly recommend!!! Never been happier to train, to feel so confident in my own body and to be around such amazing people.

" I remember my first training session with Rachel. I curled into a ball and cried on the floor she looked down on me with a little smile on her face and put her hand out to me saying “Get up.” I took her hand and immediately got up she then handed me a tissue and said “Life is too hard to be crying over the start of a positive journey, now wipe your face there’s work to be done.” I got up and got to work, I had never felt so weak in my life. She knew what I was thinking and feeling because every time a negative thought crossed my mind she would look at me and say “snap out of it” I kept telling her “I can’t do this.” But she knew I could and the funny thing is I did! Now I’m doing it harder and better than ever. It’s like she feels you on the inside. I loved it! I love her! She is such an incredible woman with so much power and drive! Thank you Rachel, thank you for turning me from that weak little girl into such a brave woman that can take on anything! You really are superwoman! " An appreciation post to the best Personal Trainer I have come across. I’ve been training for approx 7 years, been through so many PT's but get so bored easily and end up changing. " It’s been such a pleasure being part of your 6 week challenge. I was nervous at first, as I was off from training for a long time. Once I started I saw how supportive and positive the environment was and I absolutely love it. I look forward to coming to training, besides the early wake up haha but once I’m there I forget about it. I have never seen my body transform like this in such a short amount of time. " Where do I even begin I have tried and tried to workout keep fit I have never stayed on track with other PT'S all the programs seem generic and feels like im just a number I cant belive I lost 11 KILOS IN 6 WEEKS! Being a mum, I found it so hard, and I can say hands down my body is looking even more amazing than before I had kids! You are an amazing PT and an even more amazing woman. " This girl and her programs are out of this world! My first session was hell and I never thought I would be able to get through it. Training with Rachel is like training with a Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Counsellor, Mentor and Mother all in one. The way the sessions are run and the way the programs are laid out and adjusted to suit my goals are amazing! She checks in constantly and makes you feel valued and motivated on a day to day basis. This woman puts her own issues/ problems aside and carries her entire class on her back. I wasn’t even able to lift up my own two feet at the beginning and 10 weeks in I’ve been doing things I never dreamed by body would be capable of doing. I literally lost inches within the first 3 weeks of the program and this was all her literally on back pushing me to complete every single session to the best of my ability. " Seriously, when I first seen this girl on Instagram I thought this entire thing was a HOAX, I wasn’t ready to give into the hype but boyyyy was the hype real! How on Earth this woman transformed by body in just 3 weeks blows my mind! I was shrinking by the day. I was feeling energetic, strong and in control. This was not only a physical movement for me but also a mental one. I feel like a a different person, how one person can push you to your limits is unbelievable. " Rachel, Rachel, Rachel where the F do I begin? Girl you are just something else. Thank you for pushing me to reach my body goal. When I first started your 6 weeks program I thought there is noway I am able to get through this. I wanted to cry, vomit, die and all of the above. You told me just show up for 3 weeks and I promise you will get addicted. I said okay (thinking in my head this girl is crazy) I will never get addicted to this. Guess what??? I am more than addicted, I am OBSESSED! My body feels so much more toned and If I miss a session I feel like absolute sh*t. How my mentality went from not wanting to move to not wanting to sit down makes me feel like a new person. " When Rachel came to Dubai I was so happy. Finally I got to train with someone who knows what they are doing. I have trained with many trainers in the years and she is the best! My bum was getting bigger and my legs had so much definition in such a short time. It was such an amazing experience to work with the best.
